Loot Drop
Scatter a large number of treasures over an area at once. Players find them by walking, and with the treasure they come to you.
A gym, for instance, can leave a hundred gift cards within a kilometre of its door.
Open the portalHow it works
- Sign in with the link or the code sent to your e-mail, the same way as in the game.
- Tap the centre of the area on the map, choose its diameter, the number of treasures and how long they last, and give the treasure a name, a short text and a picture.
- You see at once where the treasures land. Shuffle them, or strike out a single spot that landed in a lake.
- Pay, and the drop starts. Players see the area sparkle on the map as a cluster of stars, with your name on its card.
- The portal shows how many of the treasures have been found, and where.
Fair play
- Each player can find one treasure of a drop, so the treasures reach many people.
- The spots are drawn on the server by a secret formula. Nobody can work them out in advance, and two drops over the same area always get different spots.
- The number is a guide: the actual count is within ten per cent of what you choose, and never above the tier's cap.
- The game is free for players, and nothing is sold in it.

Terms and privacy
The business or community is responsible for the content of its treasures and for handing over the prizes it promises. Nothing unlawful, misleading, offensive or unsuitable for minors may be dropped, and we may remove a drop that is.
Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. We keep the portal account's e-mail address, the organisation's name and the drops with their treasures. Of the players you see only counts and places, never who found a treasure.
